I can see a difference in my skin, and the smoothing effect last for hours.
Coconut Oil for Skin Care
I love, love coconut oil. I use it everyday on my skin. One of the best things about using coconut oil for skincare is that it suits all skin types. So whether you have dry, oily or sensitive skin, coconut oil can greatly benefit you. It’s also antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-fungal, making it a great choice for acne prone skin.
Coffee for Skin Care
Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants. The caffeine in coffee stimulates the skin and improves blood flow to the face, which is perfect for healthy cell turnover that makes us look radiant and bright.
½ teaspoon coconut oil
½ teaspoon ground coffee beans
1. Mix together the coconut oil and ground coffee and apply to your face using circular motions. Avoid getting the mixture in your eyes.
2. Leave on for at least 15 minutes or up to an hour.
3. Rinse off with warm water and enjoy your glowing skin!
You can use this scrub 2-3 times a week.
